“Coup de cœur” 2023 Prize at the Better Living in the Workplace Awards!

Cap Ingelec was awarded the “Commitment at the heart of our strategy” prize and the “Coup de cœur” prize in the Better Living in the Workplace 2023 awards for its initiatives to improve the quality of life and working conditions within the company.

Awarded by the Institut du Mieux Vivre en Entreprise, the “Commitment at the heart of our strategy” prize was presented to Matthieu Calès, Managing Director and future Chairman of Cap Ingelec, and Franck Vialar, Deputy Managing Director of Cap Ingelec. Created at the initiative of the Rh&M Group, the Trophée Mieux Vivre en Entreprise is designed to recognise and reward companies that are committed to implementing a participative strategy for sustainable well-being within the company. Through their speeches during the ceremony, the directors were able to touch the audience and win the “Coup de Cœur” Trophy.

These awards recognise the various actions implemented by Cap Ingelec since the launch of its “Serenity Build” strategic plan in 2021, with Cap Ingelec recording strong growth and mobilising all its employees. Faithful to its values and its collaborative culture based on technology, its new roadmap aims to consolidate growth and quality of life at work. Its objective is to develop a multiple performance that embraces all dimensions (technical, human, financial, shareholder, societal).

OUR EMPLOYEE-SHAREHOLDERS

Cap Ingelec’s success was built on the respect and the loyalty of its employees. 2 facts support this commitment. The first concern the opening of a portion of our capital to them. Launched in 2017 and sold via 3 subscription campaigns, the process was widely-applauded. Almost 63% of our employees now own shares whose value has greatly increased due to the company’s development. This innovative approach reinforces cohesion and loyalty of personnel who have always been involved in the company’s growth. For several years now, Cap Ingelec has also been committed to greater male/female equality. We support the careers of our female employees, especially our engineers. In 2024, Cap Ingelec obtained a grade of 84 out of 100 for male/female equality. This grade was calculated and published in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, significant efforts have been made among young engineers who have recently joined us. The latter benefit from integrated training and, after only a few years of experience, are offered rare career-development opportunities within France and outside of France.

YOUNG GRADUATES

Join our internal training program!

Cap Ingelec pays special attention to the integration of its new employees, especially young engineering graduates. Since 2014, we have been committed to the promotion of engineering skills and technical trades of tomorrow through our recruitment process but also through the internal training of young engineers.

Throughout this integration phase, you will be assisted by an experienced Cap Ingelec employee. This engineering-mentor will welcome you, train you, guide you and help you to develop your skills within our teams. This phase will help you to integrate into our culture, our history, and our vision. You will take several training sessions over a period of 8 months following your arrival at Cap Ingelec, thus giving the time and means to understand us, our activity and to hone your engineering skills. This training program includes theory and practice and will help to accelerate your growth as demonstrated by the promotions of previous new graduates who quickly obtained greater responsibilities in more complex projects.
