COMMITTING TO THE FUTURE
Committed to CSR since 2012, we share with you today the way in which Cap Ingelec exercises its CSR policy on a daily basis and contributes to building a more sustainable world. Beyond the excellent figures, 2024 marks a year turned towards the future, with the implementation of our strategic orientation plan 2021-2030. To succeed, we must ‘be the engineering company that moves, evolves and adapts‘. A company capable of reinventing itself, and of acting responsibly every day. Since 1992, we have set ourselves a committed and responsible course of action towards our employees, our clients and our suppliers.
Every day, we ensure that we exercise our economic, social and environmental responsibility through an ambitious HR policy, mobilised in favour of equal opportunities, diversity and gender diversity. CSR also enables us to reconcile performance and ethics and to create a rich dialogue with all the stakeholders invested in our projects. Our membership of the Global Compact is evidence of this strong commitment to a more sustainable world in the areas of labour, human rights and the environment.

CSR is part of our DNA: it is the virtuous ellipse that allows us to look to the future with serenity.
More than ever, we are committed to a solid and ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility approach, which underpins all our actions and projects. Our approach is based on 3 pillars inspired by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Governance, Environment and Social. These pillars reflect our vision and our approach to creating value through CSR. This document therefore highlights the actions that feed into our approach throughout the year. We are committed to making further progress, with a clear objective: to advance our processes towards obtaining certification and to strengthen those already achieved, with a view to continuous improvement.
Find out how we work every day for a sustainable world, through our missions, through the continuous improvement of our own practices within CAP INGELEC, and through cooperation with our ecosystem.
The coming years will enable us to continue our progress and to go ever further to meet the challenges of tomorrow, in collaborative mode.
A long-term investment
“In this context, CSR should be seen as an investment. It is part of a collaborative approach internally and a means of communicating our values externally“. She refers in particular to the efforts made with regard to young people: participation in forums, work-study contracts and the development of its “engineering incubator”, for example. Few people are aware that Cap Ingelec is regularly involved in sponsorship initiatives, such as Bordeaux Mécènes Solidaires, of which Franck Vialar, Deputy Managing Director of Cap Ingelec, is Chairman. Finally, CSR has many advantages for employees, as it contributes to the development of well-being in the workplace. Future themes will include reducing the company’s carbon footprint by increasing the use of electric vehicles and raising awareness of business ethics.
As a member of the United Nations Global Compact and an adherent of Global Compact France, we are committed to integrating the values and ten principles of the UN Global Compact into our corporate strategy, day-to-day operations and corporate culture. We are united and follow the same agenda to eradicate extreme poverty, fight climate change and ensure a dignified life for all.
Every day, we ensure that we exercise our economic, social and environmental responsibility through an ambitious HR policy, mobilized in favor of equal opportunity, diversity and gender diversity. Our membership of Global Impact is proof of this strong commitment to a more sustainable world in the areas of work, human rights and the environment.
With more than 13,000 participants in 170 countries, the United Nations Global Compact is the largest international initiative on sustainable development. It is also a starting point for all organizations seeking to support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted by the UN in 2015.
Cap Ingelec is firmly committed to contributing to the UN’s SDGs, by participating in the creation of a more sustainable world, in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment and the fight against corruption.
