FB SERVICE

FB Service is specialized in the renovation of existing housing, especially for landlords. Its operation is based on a capacity to meet the needs of its customers requiring the mass storage of materials, to enable it to ensure the supply function towards the operational teams on the ground.

In order to continue its expansion, FB Service has purchased new, larger premises, and thus ensure the growth of its storage facilities: a mass storage area and a buffer storage area allowing the removal of materials for the workers. The current premises having become unsuitable, FB Service proceeded to purchase a building with a surface area of 5,980 sqm, including 2 storage halls with overhead crane and 1 area of offices and utilities.

In 2018, the client entrusted us with a study mission to help them specify their needs, and allow them to study the technical feasibility of their project to rehabilitate their building located in Reims. This 8 month mission allowed us to establish the plans for the project as well as the provisional budget for the works. In parallel, Cap Ingelec presented the financial conditions for setting up a PMG contract with FB Service for the realization of the project.

In December 2018, FB Service entrusted the realization of its project in PMG to Cap Ingelec. The work was carried out in 8 months, and thanks to the rigorous budget management of the operation, Cap Ingelec was able to share with FB Service the savings made.
