Cap Ingelec is supporting Cointreau in the design and implementation of their distillation process in the historic still room at the Saint Barthélémy d’Anjou site. Working in partnership with Cointreau and Chaudronnerie Cognaçaise, our teams are designing new-generation stills that preserve the nature and aesthetics of Cointreau’s stills and distillation expertise, while adding a touch of modernity, such as the installation of instrumentation to help distillers and improve energy efficiency.
We also bring all our expertise to the spirits distillation process, utilities and infrastructures, in compliance with ICPE, ATEX, Insurance and food standards. Cap Ingelec is committed to working alongside Cointreau on a turnkey project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, with a strong commitment to deadlines, costs and tool performance.
