CHÂTEAU DE COGNAC – BACARDI LIMITED
A new production site in Cognac
CHÂTEAU DE COGNAC, a subsidiary of the BACARDI group, has entrusted us with the master plan and preliminary design for a new VSOP and XO production site for Baron Otar Cognacs and Cognacs d’Ussé. The project includes a Cognac cutting cellar, 5 ageing cellars for eaux-de-vie, an administrative building and all necessary infrastructure.
We studied all the trades involved (buildings, technical batches and the liquid process), with sustainable development at the heart of our considerations. The work carried out by our teams during the master plan phase enabled the project owner to refine his program and, in particular, to organize the financing of his project.
The preliminary project allowed us to detail the operation technically, financially and chronologically in order to submit a turnkey offer at Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) to BACARDI.
