Work in occupied site
In the context of the implementation of a primary packaging workshop for injectable products (suspensions) in CLAS 50 to 500 ml plastic bottles on its campus in Libourne, CEVA Santé Animale entrusted us with the execution of the project in 2021 with a GPM contract, after a the study phase. We carried out a mission of design, and carry out the execution of the works as general contractor until the reception and delivery of the line. The works should be completed in June 2023. The CLAS 2 project is located in the KE and K buildings, with the KE production line in operation on the south side and the K packaging line in operation on the west side.
Large crane operation on the site
An impressive crane operation took place on the CEVA site in Libourne on June 25th of 2022. An important step was successfully achieved on the CLAS 2 site. The operation included the installation of the future technical floor with the installation of the 11-ton metal structure.
This complex operation was carried out as close as possible to the on-site process and required a high level of coordination with the CEVA team. For the smooth running of the operation, the production site was closed to ensure the safety of the personnel. Congratulations to all those involved in the operation.
