Launch of the class of 2023 of our young engineers’ incubator
Since 2015, we have implemented a unique internal training programme for newly arrived engineers. Each newcomer benefits from a tailor-made training programme (3 sessions spread over the year) focused on developing skills and acquiring the fundamentals. For better integration, an experienced employee accompanies the young graduate throughout the programme. Fully immersed in the corporate world, this training is a real added value for our future engineers in terms of know-how, learning and integration. It is also a leverage point for development and loyalty, which supports our ambitions and our values.
The incubator has a twofold objective: to give them the keys to a better understanding of our business and to help them to become familiar with our corporate practices and values.
This year, the class of 2023, composed of 13 young engineers, met for a day at the CEVA Campus in Bègles. The programme for this first day of training included various presentations by our experts, a visit to the Union Bordeaux Bègles training centre and a “touch the ball” session, supervised by Heini Adams, Skills coach of the professional team, to close the day.
The session continued for one and a half days at our office in Saint-Jean-d’Illac with presentations of our activities, businesses and skills.
