Launch of the class of 2024 of our Young Engineers incubator
This year, the class of 2024, made up of 18 young engineers, met for a day at LIRYC (L’institut des maladies du rythme cardiaque), in Pessac.
The programme for this first day of training included various presentations by the CAP INGELEC management team, our DAS Directors and our business experts. We would like to thank Professor Aurélien Bustin, who presented the subject of his research into heart imaging (Miniature MRI) and invited our young engineers to visit the bioengineering platform.
The session continued the next day at our Saint-Jean-d’Illac branch, with presentations of our activities, businesses and skills. A visit to our electrical cabinet design workshop and a discussion with the technical teams rounded off this first session. This group will continue their training in March (by videoconference) and April (at our Paris branch).
The aim of this incubator is twofold:
➡️ To provide the keys to a better understanding of our businesses
➡️ and to help you immerse yourself in our corporate practices and values.
Welcome to you all and enjoy your integration into CAP INGELEC!
YOUNG ENGINEERS AT CAP INGELEC
Since 2015, we have been running a unique in-house training programme for newly arrived engineers. Each newcomer benefits from tailor-made training (3 sessions spread over the year) focused on developing skills and acquiring the fundamentals. For better integration, an experienced employee accompanies the young graduate throughout the course. Fully immersed in the business world, this training provides real added value for our future engineers in terms of know-how, learning and integration. It is also a lever for development and loyalty, and a reflection of our ambitions and values.
