CSR Day on the 23rd of June 2023 – At the heart of our CSR initiative!

🌍 At the heart of our CSR initiative! 🌱

At a time in which companies are committed to a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, CAP INGELEC organised its first CSR Day for all its employees on Friday the 23rd of June, in order to present the challenges and actions implemented on the 5 pillars (Governance, Environment, Societal, Ethics & Purchasing, and Human Resources).

This was a great opportunity to present to all employees the progress of projects linked to the company’s CSR policy.

Involving our employees is a key factor in strengthening our CSR strategy. It’s not just a Management Committee project, but a commitment by the whole company.

Sustainable development, Ecovadis certification, waste management in branches, water skills, a round table on a green worksite, the presentation of the CSR report, the carbon footprint, the Handi’Cap policy, social, cultural and sporting initiatives, were all presented throughout the morning.

Our goals:

✅ Sharing the principles of CSR with everyone,

✅ but also to build our company’s ambition together,

✅ work collectively and cross-functionally on concrete actions to

✅ strengthen our commitment!

✅ and set up new initiatives.
