A few days ago, three CAP INGELEC employees took part in the ‘Elles Bougent pour l’Orientation’ initiative organised by the Elles bougent association.

To mark the occasion, and in their capacity as Elles Bougent sponsors, they spoke to secondary school pupils across France about their inspiring career paths. The aim was to raise awareness and show that technical professions are just as accessible to women:

• The diversity of careers in industry,
• The training courses that lead to it,
• And to broaden their vision of possible careers in these areas of the future.
