Cap Ingelec signs a partnership with Elles bougent
Together, CAP INGELEC and Elles bougent are committed to facilitating contact between the professional world and education, in particular through events in schools, in order to inspire a new generation of women to take up careers in our sectors of the future.
Today, Matthieu Calès (CEO of CAP INGELEC) signed a partnership agreement with the Elles bougent organisation, which promotes the diversity of talent in the industrial, technological and scientific sectors, in the presence of Amel KEFIF, Managing Director of Elles bougent.
The aim of this collaboration is to encourage young girls to explore these professional fields, which are often perceived as male-dominated, by offering them opportunities to discover exciting careers and to deconstruct the stereotypes that still surround technical professions, and also to inspire a new generation of women to take up careers in our sectors of the future.
CAP INGELEC is aware of the importance of representation and identification in order to encourage vocations, and will mobilise, on a voluntary basis, female engineers and technicians from the company so that they can share their career paths, present their professions in the form of testimonials and help them in their orientation and the definition of their career plans.
