Cap Ingelec Annual General Meeting
Cap Ingelec’s Annual General Meeting was held on May 24. The event brought together some 200 shareholders, both in person and by remote connection. During the first part of the plenary session, Matthieu Calès, Chairman and CEO, and Franck Vialar, Deputy CEO, presented the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023, the significant events of the past year and the budget for the current year. After the vote on the resolutions, the second part of the meeting was devoted to the presentation of projects. Indeed, several members of management wished to highlight initiatives currently under development to support the company’s ambitions. The Offering and Delivery teams then presented the progress of our flagship projects in our Strategic Business Areas. Finally, Matthieu Calès closed the AGM with a presentation on the “challenges of tomorrow”.
