Two years ago, a distillery in Charente was awarded the BDNA label (bronze medal) following the design phase. On January 18, the project team appeared before the Odéys commission to validate the label for the realization phase. The Commission also approved this phase, considering that the approach had gone further in terms of sustainable development than the objectives set during the design phase.
Alongside the client, CAP INGELEC took part in the presentation, defending the innovations implemented in the wine-making process in terms of energy and waste recovery. The Commission awarded the best possible score for the innovations defended, helping to win the bronze medal for the BDNA Label.
See you in two years’ time for the final validation of this label at the end of the operating phase!
