A strong commitment to promoting gender equality
A major societal issue for Cap Ingelec: For more than ten years, and in accordance with our values, we have been acting daily in favor of professional equality between women and men by ensuring a dynamic policy of promoting diversity. We work every day to close the professional gap between men and women in a historically male sector.
