A look back at the class of 2024 in our young engineers incubator
Fully immersed in the world of business, this training provides real added value for our future engineers in terms of know-how, learning and integration. It is also a lever for development and loyalty, and a reflection of our ambitions and values.
A few days ago, the last training session for our young engineers took place. The class of 2024, made up of 18 young engineers, followed this tailor-made training over 3 sessions in Bordeaux and Paris. This final session featured a number of presentations, including those focusing on our datacenter skills and the role of the project manager. It was rounded off by presentations from the legal, HR and finance departments.
Immersion on a construction site
New this year, the session ended with a visit to one of our sites in the Paris region. This visit, led by our HSE teams, enabled the young engineers to discover a technical installation in the datacenter sector and to understand the challenges we face every day.
103 young people have completed this in-house training since 2015
The aim of this incubator is twofold:
Give them the keys to a better understanding of our businesses
Helping them to immerse themselves in our company’s practices and values
