Construction of the Sanofi Aventis center in Toulouse
Cap Ingelec carried out, in co-contracting with Pharmaplan, the principal, a mission of project management for the technical fluid lots (electricity, HVAC, special fluids) for the construction of the last building of the Sanofi research center in Toulouse. This building is dedicated to research activities related to the biology business. This vast real estate complex includes two laboratory buildings for biochemistry and pharmacology. These spaces, as well as the zootechnics platform, are classified L2 and L3. This project required two years of studies and two and a half years of work. This achievement confirms the positioning of Cap Ingelec in the sector of highly technical buildings.
