La Ruche extension project in Chartres for Guerlain, a turnkey project (PMG)

As part of its development strategy, Guerlain wanted to increase production capacity in the “emulsions” section (skincare creams, lotions and fragrance derivatives) of its 21,000 m² “La Ruche” plant in Chartres. Guerlain entrusted us with the turnkey project (PMG).

Our expertise in controlled environments, acquired in particular in the cosmetics industry, enabled us to bring significant technical added value to the project, and to guarantee impeccable quality for our customer. Working in close collaboration with Guerlain’s teams, we optimized the technical choices right from the preliminary design (AVP) phase, taking into account operating constraints to meet innovation and flexibility requirements.

A Design and Build compagny, we took complete control of the project, from design studies through to handover, assuming full responsibility for the associated risks and hazards.

Coactivity with the production site represented a major challenge. To meet this challenge, we defined a precise phasing of the work and ensured daily management of interfaces with Guerlain, in order to guarantee continuity of production and maintain an optimal level of quality and service.
