Cap Ingelec, winner of the 2024 CSR Challenge

On Thursday 5 December, we are proud to have won the Trophée Défi RSE 2024 in the category ‘Human Capital/HR’ in large companies/ETIs, organised by NEWS RSE – Trophées Défis RSE at the Ministry of Ecological Transition, Energy, Climate and Risk Prevention.

After being shortlisted in the last 34 organisations (out of 63 applications), Franck VIALAR was auditioned before the summer by a panel of CSR experts. And this year, Cap Ingelec is one of 12 organisations to be honoured at the 13th edition of the Trophées Défis RSE. This award recognises our CSR approach, our convictions and our commitments.
This victory also highlights the success of our HR policy, which combines the development of our employees’ skills, in particular through our Campus Européen d’Excellence de l’Ingénieur (C2Ei) training campus and the promotion of young talent, with an attractiveness strategy strengthened by our network of ambassadors.

For the past 13 years, at the initiative of Nora Barsali, founder of the Trophées Défis RSE and IMPACT4ThePLANET, NEWS RSE – Trophées Défis RSE has been working to promote CSR and impact organisations that develop best practices and innovative solutions to meet societal and environmental challenges.

We would like to thank all the members of the jury, NEWS RSE, Nora Barsali and her teams, ADEME, the AFNOR Group and Bpifrance.
Congratulations to all the winners of these Trophées Défis RSE 2024 for their positive impact!
