Safety is everyone’s business!
Cap Ingelec has always placed the safety of men and women at the forefront of its concerns. This requirement is becoming even more important at a time when the engineering company is increasing the number of large-scale turnkey projects.
Historically, Cap Ingelec has applied itself to conforming to the strong safety culture of its clients, initially evolving in the civil aviation and industrial sectors. This requirement has been confirmed over time in contact with international companies for complex missions, particularly in occupied sites. The development of the turnkey activity has reinforced a spirit shared by management and the field teams. Always called upon as a general contractor for large-scale operations, Cap Ingelec has developed a safety policy based on prevention, information and awareness. With a leitmotiv that takes precedence over all other considerations: safety, safety and safety! The company makes every effort to ensure that this policy is respected by the subcontracting companies under its responsibility.
Cap Ingelec’s site safety is assessed on a daily basis in the field: drafting of Specific Health and Safety Protection Plans (PPSPS), close relations with the Health and Safety Coordinator, verification of regulatory documents, handing over of a site welcome sheet signed by all those involved, joint inspection of the site with each subcontractor, verification of the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), putting up of safety posters in line with the risks incurred, signage on site, etc.
Anticipate, correct, train
Cap Ingelec is committed to reducing risks on site as much as possible. This determination is reflected in anticipation and prevention actions through a homogeneous organisation of its teams throughout France, notably via internal audits.

Information and awareness-raising tools
Cap Ingelec has set up a welcome video on all its worksites, for the benefit of its employees and all its partners. This video provides key information about the site: coordinates and means of access, presentation of the work, lead times, participating companies, etc. Finally, this video highlights specific safety measures: PPE, main risks and instructions to be followed, emergency numbers and measures in the event of an accident, etc. This educational video is complemented by a QR code to access a digital welcome booklet.
The role of the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission is also important. A true promoter of employees’ health at work, it is our ally in preventing risks and ensuring compliance with obligations. Accident prevention, both in the office and on the worksite, is one of our priorities. 40 employees have first aid certificates so that they can provide first aid to one of our employees if they need assistance.
Health, Safety & CSR Day at CAP INGELEC on November 29th, 2024
On November 29th, we organized a half-day event dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Health and Safety (HSE).
The topics covered aroused great interest among all participants.
✅Presentations covered a variety of CSR-related topics, such as our indicators, the environmental impact of our activities, energy efficiency and eco-desgin. These topics, which are at the heart of our concerns, helped to raise awareness among our employees of the importance of each individual in building a responsible company.
✅ Secondly, the morning focused on health and safety issues. The HSE team gave an overview of indicators, including a testimonial from an employee. The event also provided an opportunity to present the Dalux tool, the initiatives impacting our worksites, and the challenges of future 45001 certification. This part of the day ended with the 2025 – 2027 roadmap, with a reminder of our objectives.
This day once again underlined our commitment to safety, which is a major issue for our company. At CAP INGELEC, we are convinced that CSR and HSE are key issues for the future of our company.
