Extension of the TH3 Paris Magny campus for Telehouse
TH3 Paris Magny campus inaugurates a new datacenter, Magny 2!
The Magny 2 datacenter will consist of 5 new buildings with a total IT surface area of 12, 000 sqm and a power of 18MW. Thanks to its strategic location, this new datacenter offers scalability and energy performance to support its customers’ digital transformation.

A turnkey operation in GMP
CAP INGELEC is proud to carry out this operation as general contractor following a commitment achieved in record time.
The project is in full swing thanks to the total involvement of our entire construction management team and our partner subcontractors.
On-time delivery, technical excellence and budgetary compliance will be the watchwords of the coming months
The first phase of the project consists of the construction of the first D1 building, designed for an IT power of 3 MW, as well as the construction of the central core ensuring pedestrian and delivery access as well as the vertical and horizontal distribution of all the built units. It is planned to build two IT rooms, IT1 and IT2, each with a surface area of 1,000 sqm (target IT power of 2 MW).
The works related to this construction programme will be carried out through a GMP type Design and Build contract in order to support TELEHOUSE in this operation.
